Americano
A soft and spicy aperitif brimming with flavor.
Tattersall Americano is an aperitif made from white wine fortified with brandy then aromatized with different botanicals, herbs and spices. Briefly aged on oak, this liqueur is bright, focused, and good enough to sip neat. Closer to a bianco vermouth than a dry vermouth in both mouthfeel and sweetness.
Tasting notes
Floral and peachy wine aroma. Slight bitterness with notes of lemon, baking spice, and savory herbs on the palate.
Uses
Try it in a Classic Martini, Corpse Reviver #2, Vesper, or 20th Century Cocktail. Also makes a great addition to lower-proof cocktails.
