Tattersall Absinthe Blanche is a gorgeous balance of the holy trinity—anise seed, wormwood, and fennel—plus other botanicals for added depth and flavor. Mixed in an Absinthe Drip, the pearlescent louche is tri-colored—clear on the bottom, cloudy on top, and a thin layer of indigo in the middle.
Tasting notes
Bold anisette aroma and flavor. Bittersweet and full-bodied with light citrus, spice and floral elements.
Uses
Try it in an Absinthe Drip, Sazerac, Corpse Reviver #2, Death in the Afternoon, or in an Absinthe Frappe.
