2 oz. Tattersall Straight Rye Whiskey
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 tsp. Rich Simple Syrup
1 dash Tattersall Absinthe Blanche

Rinse a lowball with a dash of Absinthe, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir, strain into the lowball, express a lemon peel over the drink and enjoy.
