The Umeboshi Sour

Stop into the cocktail room to try one for yourself or make it at home:

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Tattersall Rye or Bourbon
½ oz. Tattersall Sour Cherry
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
¼ oz. Umeboshi Vinegar
3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
