1 ½ oz. Copper & Kings  Brandy • ¾ oz. Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur • ¾ oz. Tattersall Bitter Orange Liqueur • ¼ oz. Lemon Juice • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup • 1 dropper of Salt Solution

Combine all ingredients, shake with ice, serve up in a coupe with a lemon wheel garnish. Salt solution recipe: Boil one cup water and add salt until it no longer dissolves.

The Avenida

Impress your friends and your tastebuds with this fresh take on the classic Boulevardier cocktail:

1 ½ oz. Far North Spirits Roknar Rye Whiskey • 1 ½ oz. Tattersall Bitter Orange Liqueur • ¾ oz. Tattersall Italiano Liqueur • ¼ oz Fidencio Mezcal

Combine all ingredients, stir with ice until chilled, serve up in a coupe and enjoy.

2 Parts Tattersall Americano • 1 Part Honey Sage Syrup • ½ Part Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur • ½ Part Lemon Juice • Several Shakes Bittercube Corazon Bitters (To Taste)

1 Part Aquavit • 2 Parts Cranberry Liqueur • 2 Parts Lemonade • 1 Part Sparkling Wine

1 oz. Tattersall Gin • 1 oz. Tattersall Orange Crema • 1 oz. Tattersall Americano • 1 oz. Lemon Juice • 2 dashes Tattersall Absinthe Blanche

Rinse coupe glass with absinthe. Combine all other ingredients over ice, shake, strain into absinthe-rinsed glass and serve up with a twist.

1 ½ oz. Tattersall Gin • 1 oz. Tattersall Blueberry Liqueur  • Ginger Beer

1 oz. Tattersall Cranberry • 1 Sociable Freewheeler Dry Cider

Mix together, serve in a glass of your choice and enjoy.

Class up your Cosmopolitan cocktail with a little Cranberry Liqueur:

2 oz. Tattersall Vodka • ½ oz. Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur • ½ oz. Tattersall Orange Crema • ½ oz. Lime Juice • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
